Cancellation conditions

Flexible rebooking: Subject to availability, you can rebook free of charge up to 7 days before arrival. The rental price of the booking remains the same or increases if you book more days. If the changed booking becomes more expensive, you will be expected to pay the difference within 2 days.

Cancellation: Until 42 days before arrival, cancellation is free of charge and you will receive a full refund. Between 21 and 42 days before arrival, you pay 50% of the total travel sum. Between 7 and 21 days before arrival: 75% of the total price. Up to 7 days before arrival, you pay 100% of the total holiday price.

It is always advisable to take out cancellation insurance!

General Booking Conditions

• AquaHomes are not available for bachelor parties!
• Due to fire hazard, barbecuing on board is not allowed.
• Our AquaHomes can only be moved by our skipper.
• Always follow the rules and instructions of the AquaHome manager.
• With a lot of luggage: always consult with us whether it is possible to take it on board.
• Pets are not allowed.

Tips

• In the Biesbosch, you are in the middle of nature, take insects into account.
• Bring sufficient insect protection such as anti-mosquito spray or after bite.
• Keep doors / screens closed as much as possible against flying pests, especially in the evening when the lights go on.
• If you like fishing, bring your rod, fishing pass and bait.
• For guests who cannot swim, arrange a suitable life jacket.
• Bring plenty of sunscreen in summer.

• Don’t forget your swimwear, in the Biesbosch you can swim everywhere.

Other conditions

We rent in accordance with the HISWA conditions. When booking your stay, you agree to be aware of them.
